First blog in about two years. Had a triple novicular stress fracture last summer (2011), have tried 2 rehab stints that have ended badly. Logging thoughts seems like a good idea. Upped reps from 6x1' walk/1' rest to 8'. Next week to 10. Hopefully up to 20' of consecutive running by the end of the year. Only good thing about this all is the opportunity to reinvent my running stride... no more clunking at 150 steps/minute for me! |
